By commissioning artwork from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

Scope of Work
- I mainly draw furry characters, however i can also create fan art of existing characters from games, shows, or other media in my art style.
- I do not work with AI Generated Content of any kind. this includes using AI as reference or within my art itself.
- I do not draw Mech characters. (I will draw Protogens)
- I do not create any explicit or adult content (NSFW / Gore).
- I do not draw non-official shipping (fan relationship) art of existing characters you don't own.
- I do not do super highly detailed renders of characters or backgrounds.
- I only accept payment via PayPal.
- I only accept USD as payment. No other currency will be accepted unless it is converted to USD.

Commission Process
Discussion Phase:
Clients will reach out via Direct Messages (DMs) on Twitter or Discord, or email with details about their commission. During this phase clients should be explicit with their descriptions as well as providing references if possible.PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING AI REFERENCES OR IMAGES OF ANY KIND.
I will not work off of or with AI Generated references, images, or content of any kind.Sketching Phase:
Clients may request changes to the artwork during the sketching phase without additional charge.Rendering Phase:
After the sketch is approved and rendering begins, clients are allowed up to two minor revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.

Payment
Payment is required upfront before work begins, or for larger commissions, we can discuss doing half upfront and half upon completion. Prices are determined based on the pricing sheet or complexity and scope of the commission.Please do not attempt to haggle the prices. Price negotiation on larger scope commissions is okay.

Copyright and Usage
I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.Clients may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only.Clients may also re-upload the artwork to social media as long as proper credit is given.

Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, such as if I am unable to complete the commission.By commissioning artwork from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

- Talking Eyes ClosedAnimated frames will make each standard still frame into a short 2-4 frame gif to add more life to your Yapper. Basic animated frames will be things like smoother blinking, more mouth shapes while talking, and fidgeting with any props. More complex animations or details may cost extra frames or fluctuate the base price. For example, depending on if your Yapper has a prop to animate can be a factor in price shift.Extra frames / Additional states for both Still and Animated Yappers will cost extra.
